I have made a promise to myself that I will make much more effort to look after me. I am the master at looking after others so its time I paid myself the same attention. Today the first day of January 2020 I decided to go to the beach with my 2 nephews. Some may feel it was too cold or too wet. However we had a lovely few hours walking around the island, we even had ice cream. We definitely had the best time, we laughed, we walked, we sang and we danced. It really does not take much to look after YOU!! So lets all start as we mean to go on. HAPPY NEW YEAR
