We all tend to have busy lifestyles and we can often forget about us. Self care is important for our own well being. I shall share my self care today. I decided I needed to de-clutter, before Christmas. Its a job that needed doing but I also dreaded the thought of starting. However the therapeutic element had such a positive effect. Sorting through stuff that I keep for no apparent reason. As I watched the black bags become full I could see the benefits. The clear floor space. The space I needed to feel free, in order to rebuild. I had the music playing which helped the whole process. I now have a clear mind as well as a clear room.
